This innovative property developer has an impressive portfolio of locations in residential and commercial that are iconic across Sydney and are working on several exciting projects.

Due to business growth an opportunity for a Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager has been created. Reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing and an existing team of 4 in the marketing team.

This role will be responsible for setting the strategy across all internal and external communications and also managing the execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare budgets and forecast ROI for every corporate division as well as subsidiary
  • Perform and analyse customer research, market research, existing market conditions plus competitor information
  • Develop, maintain and support a social media strategy for the group as a whole, incorporating the needs for each of their subsidiaries.
  • Partner with Human Resources on Employer Branding, Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement/Recognition and Reward initiatives
  • Management of creative work, both in-house and via external suppliers
  • Assist with forming marketing strategies and identify brand marketing opportunities including digital
  • Deliver a strong content plan that best builds brand credibility, generates client memories and strong engagement.
  • Management of production, photography and film shoots for corporate videos and photograph

Experience required to be successful for this role:

  • Previous experience within the property or construction industry
  • Between 5-7 years experience across marketing, communications and public relations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing environment that can adjust to change
