ABOUT THE ROLE: Duties include:Provision of ongoing consultation and advice to clinicians in the intake teamImplement Client Assist service improvements projects and initiatives to enhance client service deliveryMaintain and improve national consistency in clinical activities, including clinical record keeping, and assessment of clinical risk and clients’ needs.Develop and implement Open Arms Intake protocols, procedures, and best practices and clear triage guidelines and protocols responding to identify clinical risk among clients.Lead a small team and coordinate professional development for the clinical teamActively contribute to Open Arms National projects, clinical policies and procedures, case management practices and Quality Assurance activities ABOUT YOU:Substantial experience in complex mental health in intake, triage, risk assessment and counselling.Relevant management experience in a clinical settingBe available to work between 7 am to 12am with once a month weekend workAASW registered Social Worker, OR AHPRA registered Psychologist, OR Mental Health Registered Nurse or Occupational TherapistAustralian citizen (federal government requirement) THE BENEFITS:$80 p/h + superannuation, paid weeklyFlexible working hours in a 24/7 call center environmentThe team is “lived experience” informed and resourced If this position appeals to you, apply today!
