Key accountabilities: Design, develop and implement data management CICD tools in line with the organisation’s CICD Roadmap across development, test and production environments. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with AWS tools and framework. Develop policies, standards and guidelines for both developers and operations staff. Write & maintain relevant documentation, including updates of the ERM KnowledgeBase. Understand the variety of IT application operating & support models in use across the organisation. Understand database design and operation of cloud-based applications platforms including customer management, insurance policy and claims management, enterprise messaging and document management. Work with our software partners to resolve development, deployment and operations issues. Work closely with Development and Operations teams to understand their test data requirements & convert those requirements into new or enhanced tooling & processes. Own production incidents & alerts, providing Level 2 support for all data management CICD tooling & assisting with any other production incidents where required.
