Respond to enquiries from landowners, residents and businesses, and attend meetings as appropriate with members of the Land and Property teams to address concerns, assess individual needs, and identify and manage risks and issues.3. Assist with developing and implementing effective strategies and initiatives to support residents and businesses affected by property acquisition and/or construction related disruption, and help connect individuals with appropriate local support services as appropriate.4. Design trader-focused marketing activities and practical measures that mitigate construction-related impacts and disruption for businesses.5. Build and maintain strong networks with local councils and other support agencies to facilitate referrals and procure services where required.6. Keep records of all interactions with community and business stakeholders in the project's stakeholder engagement database. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:1. Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder engagement within government or on major infrastructure projects.2. Strong track record of delivering successfully negotiated stakeholder outcomes in sensitive and challenging circumstances.3. Ability to identify and deliver support services to assist small businesses.4. Superior stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build relationships in difficult situations, work respectfully and sensitively with a diverse range of people, and manage challenging enquiries and discussions with confidence and empathy.5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across government, councils, community service providers and the private sector.6. Capacity to identify and analyse complex issues and risks, and to seek innovative and different solutions to problems.7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to develop detailed engagement strategies, high quality correspondence, briefings and materials that support clear and timely information to impacted stakeholders.8.
