This is a unique opportunity to be a pivotal senior level position in their Sydney operations, developing and running the staff.The Role:You will directly report into the Senior Project Manager based in VIC, and the Managing Director in Melbourne, and will be steering the remotely working teams in Sydney and Newcastle which consist of a Contract Administrator, client Liaison officer and Site Managers requiring you to take full ownership of the project supervising site activities and delegating as necessary. Ideally you will have good client and subcontractor relationships in Sydney and must be able to wear many hats, and have hard conversations also. If you come from a carpentry / shopfitting background this will be considered highly desirable but not essential.
