Randstad are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

We are actively recruiting across the following specialisations; Banking, Finance and Accounting, Digital, Sales, Marketing, Technologies, HR, Construction, Property and Engineering and Education.

You will be maintaining existing relationships whilst building your own network of clients and candidates, growing your brand in the market and becoming an expert in your industry sector.

About you

To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas. You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients. You will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management.

You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships.You are a high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation
