About your role

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Resourcer to join our successful government team. With an established warm desk, you'll focus on placing temporary & permanent candidates across a wide range of roles within the Tech space.

The IT Government recruitment team in Sydney is headed up by a manager who has over 20 years industry experience and manages one of the most successful teams in Sydney.

Across the team they specialise in government & commercial IT Recruitment, placing mostly Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Engineers, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Information Architects, Cyber Security and Business Intelligence staff in a range of companies.

Responsibilities include

• Developing and managing a defined candidate base
• Assisting with ad hoc administration duties that will allow the sales team to achieve their
  Business Development activity targets
• Compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes.
• Source, screen, qualify, brief & prepare candidates for interviews
• Writing & posting job adverts
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
• Completing reference checks

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

• You are not afraid to pick up the phone

• You like working closely with your team as well as independently
