Undertake Early Intervention Consultant position in the absence of the Early Intervention Consultant / coordinate injury management and treatment processes, liaise with Randstad clients, consultants, WHS and injured workers to facilitate return to work outcomes, arrange work placements as necessary, etc.Action all new referrals from Randstad, Return to Work SA Agents, SA Self Insurers, Employers and (occasionally) interstate insurers for the management of PT and return to work related services.Where required, provide advice to return to work consultants, recruitment consultants and WHS staff employed by Randstad.Complete pre-employment assessments for temporary employee, and prospective employees of Randstad clients.Conduct and report on physiotherapy based assessments including Worksite Assessments, Clinical Assessments, Activities of Daily Living Assessments, Functional Assessments, Job Analysis & Dictionaries and Pre-Employment assessments as well as clinical treatment as required.Engage in business development ensuring new referrals into the business and growth as per budget expectations.Meet the requirements specified by the Return to Work SA Corporation and as per the relevant Return to Work Fee Schedule, and Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy Fee Schedule.Meet the compliance statistics as specified by Return to Work SA and Self Insured employers as well as Randstad’s WHS risk management policies and procedures.Contribute to relevant policy development, planning and review of rehabilitation / workers compensation services.Take responsibility for the delivery of efficient work practices within Randstad.Apply your knowledge and skills to develop and maintain efficient systems / programs with external clients including training, assessment of risks and implementation of resolutions.
