      The centreThis purpose built state of the art 120 place early learning centre located in the Highett area is seeking a full time center manager to oversee the daily operations of the service. They operate between 7:00am and 6:00 pm and cater for children aged 3 months -5 years old. They are located a short distance from a central shopping precinct. This service is privately owned and was purpose built with amazing resources. The RoleYou will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early years Education and have experience as either a Director or Assistant director within an Early Childhood setting. You will be supported by an operations manager, full time administration team, educational leader and 21C. We are looking for a candidate who has a thorough understanding of children's services regulations, compliance and strong management skills to lead a team to ensure the center is running to an Exceeding standard.
