Daily tasks include:Plant tissue culture: regeneration, micropropagationCreating new plants through cuttingsMonitoring plant growthReporting and testing on plants and cuttingsEnsuring high quality processes for optimum production Experience:Experience working in a Plant Tissue Culture laboratory or equivalent laboratory.Software and Systems: Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word for basic data recording and reporting purposes. ImportantCertificates/Licences: First Aid Level 2 certification and full driver’s license preferable UsefulAbility to Train Others: Be able to demonstrate the capacity to guide and coach others in standard procedures and operating instructions. ImportantTeam Oriented: Work well in a team environment utilising team and individual strengths and capabilities to improve performance and efficiency output.
