        Randstad are proud to be working with their global partner in business to recruit an experienced program coordinator based in Burnie.About the roleOur client is the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial turbines and diesel-electric locomotives.With a number of long term projects due to start in the coming weeks, we are now looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to join the team in Burnie.About the opportunity As a program coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, directing or coordinating activities within the engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out.Your typical day will involve coordinating with Program Managers to schedule and support program control meetings, make changes/corrections during control meetings. Other duties will include capturing information, working with project teams to resolve schedule problems, provide analysis and recommendations needed to increase accuracy of program and project schedules.About youThis role is ideal for an experienced Program Coordinator who has demonstrated experience in a similar role and takes pride in producing a consistently high standard of work.As you will be working with internal stakeholders both overseas and locally, you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport both face to face and via microsoft teams.To be considered for this role you must;Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification or similarHave experience in using microsoft office package (word, excel, teams, etc)Minimum 2 years experience in a similar positionHave the ability to work independentlyIf you feel that you have the skills and experience required to be successful in this role, please apply now.
