The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years’ Demand Planning experience, with a strong knowledge of Supply Chain operations. Analytical ability to predict/prepare forecast figures and bring out insights to positively challenge and improve forecast quality. Experienced with SAP (SAP APO DP experience a big plus). Sound business and financial acumen. Team player, with excellent organisational, presentation, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence, challenge, and engage with people at all levels. LEAN mindset, with proficiency for process improvement.
