As this is a stand alone role, you will be reporting into the HR team. This organisation is all about helping the broader community. They deal with and promote programs such as family well-being, childhood development and support victims of trauma and abuse. Key responsibilities will include:Creating, reviewing and updating the pandemic policy, action plans, guidelines, etc., in line with government recommendations. Providing advice and support on all COVID-19 matters to the Executive team and at the Management levels.Ensuring the organisation has all policies and procedures that align with the prevention of COVID-19. Implementing and monitoring role based COVID risk assessments.Balancing staff wellbeing and safety.Your success within the role will be determined by your ability to advise the staff on all HR matters.
