        Role:In a small team of 4, you will be responsible for liaising with a range of clients and consumers to assist with classification application matters. Duties include:Work collaboratively with external clients and the Classification BoardBuild and maintain stakeholder relationshipsProcessing applications: ensuring they are completed accuratelyGeneral administration: responding to emails and preparing written correspondence for a range of stakeholdersInforming stakeholders on the decisions made (using written templates)Respond to enquiries, complaints and applications classification issuesManage own workload, often comprising several competing prioritiesReview work of less experienced team members and some contracted staffUndertake the administration, including some research and analysis activitiesContribute new ideas and provide sound advice, which influences the decisions made by othersIdentify and mitigate risks that may impact the Classification BoardsUnderstand relevant legislation and policy frameworks to assist clients and the Classification. Criteria: The agency is seeking a candidate who is able to demonstrate a wide range of key skills, including:All applicants MUST be Australian CitizensThe successful candidate will need to undergo a Baseline (Protected) Security Clearance - an in depth police check. If you already have clearance this is highly preferredStrong communication skills (written and verbal)An ability to follow specific procedures and guidelines Ability to produce written communication that is clear, concise and is readily understood by the intended audience and effectively presenting ideas and advice.
