With continued growth within the Brisbane region our client is looking for new talent in the market. We are looking for experienced Dispute Resolutions officers to work within a call centre environment. About the roleYou would be responsible for the day to day operations for managing and accessing an individual caseload of complaints relating to student loans in line with procedures, provider profiles and assessments. The successful candidate will be engaged to work with the client to make reasonable judgement whether a Help Debt was inappropriate incurred. Part of the role is to use reasonable decision making skills, researching, analysing law and policies to identify possible errors. The successful candidate will be required to educate provider actions and draf Statements with recommendations for re-credit or no-credit of the debt. About you- Proven experience within Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolutions- Proven experience in a call centre - You will have experience working with a diverse range of clients- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal - Ability to translate Government legislation - Demostrates commitment to quality customer service To apply for this position you must be an Australian Citizen.
