        The Role:Manage and resolve a caseload of complaintsAssess moderately complex complaints and perform conciliations as neededMonitor incoming complaints and status, ensuring high-risk complaints are resolved promptRequest relevant information to process complaintsPrepare complaints documentationCommunicate with a diverse group of stakeholders to facilitate the efficiency of the complaints handling processLiaise with managers regularly regarding caseloadWork in accordance with statutory provisions and legislative requirementsProvide coaching, mentoring and guidance to others About You:Experience in complaints or dispute resolution - mandatoryLeadership experience/ skillsHigh-level communication skills (both written and verbal)Government experience is highly regardedUnderstanding or lived experience of disabilityMUST BE an Australian citizenBenefits:Potential for contract extensionLocated conveniently near public transportDevelop your career in the public sector If you are interested and match the above criteria, please apply within*. *Please note that successful applicants will be required to obtain a National Police Criminal Check and potentially a Baseline Security Clearance.
