    Randstad is currently looking for multiple APS4/5 Administration Officers to join a large Federal Government department in Canberra for 12 months with the potential to extend for the right candidates. Your responsibilitiesYour duties will include but is not limited toAssist in financial management, including the administration of contract progress reports, payment against contract deliverables and working collaboratively with the Division’s internal Finance area.Assist in internal and external coordination requests such as departmental enquiries requests from other Government departments, and urgent input from internal areas.Draft and regularly update standard correspondence under the direction of your supervisorUndertake a project to organise existing electronic files on TRIM to improve internal access to informationUnder direction from a supervisor, undertake electronic filing of documents in a shared group mailbox and the Parliamentary Document Management System, with a focus on process improvementSupport Section participation in key stakeholder meetings, including coordination inputs to briefs and regular updatesAssist in Standard Operating Procedure (SoPs) developmentKey capabilitiesWell-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities.
