      Our client is a leading manufacturer of steel products, headquartered in Australia. With extensive experience in steel, they produce essential components for houses, buildings, structures, automotive and more. As a result of expansion and growth, they are seeking a Reliability Improvement Leader to join their team. Role:The Reliability Improvement Leader (RIL) is a fundamental member of the manufacturing team, whose primary objective is to ensure optimal asset output, generally through sustained improvement in process uptime and unit cost reduction. The RIL must work alongside, manage and lead a team of colleagues, dedicated to constant improvement. Work with Production to analyse asset condition Provide technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.Guides efforts along with maintenance management to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.Develop and improve peer relationships and team culture, through clear written and verbal communications. Develops and maintains colleague relationships and the team cultureSupports, encourages and builds toward a ‘zero harm’ working environmentDeliver the standards and process discipline required for optimal asset management.Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Engineering - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or professional / trade equivalentPost Graduate qualifications in Engineering or related discipline (desirable)SSW (PIC, Work Owner & Plant Owner) and Isolation AccreditationSAP, Budgeteer, Excel Skillset is desirableDemonstrated capability of managing a team and commitment to promoting a safety orientated team culture - Ability to coordinate a team, and work alongside them to foster continuous improvementGreat organisational and leadership skillsAbility to analyse and solve problems that arise quickly.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBudget building abilityBenefits: They promote flexibility in the workplace as well as an inclusive work culture, with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds.
