    Project Manager2-year fixed term, full time appointmentSalary $120-$130KPlus super and 6 weeks annual leave Our Client is looking for a project manager to deliver a significant program that is wide-reaching and strategic, designed to leverage contemporary digital solutions. This programme aims to improve the experience of clients and in turn improving both the experience of staff and business efficiency. The Role The Digital Project Manager manages the implementation of most of the significant stages of the project, with complex dependencies across other projects and current operational practice. The digital Project Manager role includes the assessment of strategic proposals related to the client experience and the development of recommendations as to the priority and timing within the broader context of the organisation and all stakeholders lifecycle. The Project Manager develops project plans that include detailed scoping, resource planning and timing of deliveries. Key accountabilities Strategic Project PlanningUndertake and oversee a range of activities that contribute to ensuring that the overall project plan remains appropriate within the current context Stakeholder EngagementInitiate and manage ongoing engagement with project stakeholders across the organisation, from senior stakeholders to end users. Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date on project changes that will affect them.Maintain connections across organisational operations so as to ensure that the Project remains relevant to the environment. Risk ManagementUnderstand the Project risk profile and propose modifications based on ongoing stakeholder engagement.Run risk workshops across streams to ensure that risks are identified and accurately analysed.Manage risk treatments, ensuring that they are progressed in a timely fashion. Stream and Project ManagementManage multiple streams within the Project included:Detailed scoping.Resource planning.Development of deliverables to deliver scope.Scheduling.Manage the day-to-day stream and project activities.Monitor all activities against the stream or project plan to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Knowledge and ProficiencyIdentify issues related to the project and recommend approaches to resolving them.Proficiency in the use of MS Office products, including MS Project and MS Visio.Proficiency in the use of tableau to gather information relevant to program decision making.
