        Our Victorian Government client located in Melbourne CBD is looking for a Project Manager | Senior Project Officer to join their Capital Works team managing building projects, covering new build projects.Projects will be from $20M + in value and will require end to end management through the full project cycle. You will own a portfolio made up of leisure centres, education establishments and community centres.Requirements:Minimum five years postgraduate experience, ideally with a background in construction project management and or design delivery.Essential: Qualification in Project Management, Architecture or EngineeringHighly developed communication skills.Proven exposure in managing internal and external stakeholders, while managing expectations and engagement with this client’s diverse community.Assisting a delivery director across project planning, delivering and providing status, outcomes and benefits across government.
