This position will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist the general public and the wider community by providing an excellent customer experience and assisting in the understanding around the importance of people's hearing, and arranging hearing testing. Your new roleAs the first point of contact for customers, you will be making outbound calls to the general public working on campaigns to encourage those who may have hearing loss to arrange hearing testing/Consistently providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond while providing high levels of empathy and resilience towards our customers at all times.Provide guidance and assistance to customers and provide knowledge around the importance of their health.Learn and master multiple internal systems and software to use simultaneouslyEndeavour to support and assist our customers while navigating them towards a suitable option for their individual needs.
