You’ll be speaking to customers from all across thecountry, helping them to process their home claims in a timely manner. You’ll also:Be available to work a shift roster from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 8pm with 4 weeks full time training from the 24th January 2022Be open to working from home, coming into our Perth office at least twice a week Receive inbound calls providing customers with updates on the status of their claim, actioning any queries and managing a variety of claimsLiaise with customers, suppliers and internal specialists to manage claims process towards finalisation and allocate work to recoveries where neededObtain verbal proof of loss where needed, authorise repairs within your delegated authority level and follow procedural guidelines.See yourself in our team:As a Claims Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering the upmost exceptional service to ourcustomers who have an open claim against their Motor policies, this involves getting the correctdocuments and information necessary for their assessment.The Claims team is accountable for the management of CommInsure underwritten Home & Contentsand Motor Insurance portfolios, processing claims in a timely and accurate manner. We provide a criticalrole in helping our customers secure their lives and families. Through times of loss and grief, devastatingnatural disasters (and sometimes just minor bingles and leaky taps), we’re here to help.
