About your new roleThe Customer Care Consultant will provide exceptional customer service through the management of customer queries and requests. You will have continued support from your Team Leader, team members and the wider organisation. You will need customer service experience and a willingness to help people. The Customer Service Officer is the front line of customer service for the public who are facing significant or complex challenges. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing advice and guidance to those affected by an unfortunate event.
