Your main duty will be taking calls regarding applications for pre employment background checks. About the roleRandstad is seeking individuals with experience in a high volume call centre environment. In this role you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service in a busy call centre with some processing involved in the role. We are looking for Business Analysts with strong experience doing process mapping, and carrying out AS-IS to TO-BE analysis. As well as strong core BA skills you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of successful delivery on projects along with strong stakeholder management. It is highly desirable to have experience working on either loan origination projects, commercial lending, asset finance, DDO and retail banking product experience in general.
