      Our Albury based civil construction client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to further your construction career and take a leading role across a range of projects - upto $50M.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Construction Manager, you will:Take a leading role across multiple concurrent projects, managing several teams and various sites to ensure a high level of performance is maintained, project outcomes are achieved and that problems are dealt with quickly;Support the control, administration and delivery of contracts to assist the Project Managers on selected contracts for effective delivery of contract works;Maintain construction schedules and review project performance;Inspect construction work on site to ensure quality and compliance is achieved;Reporting to management regarding project performance, issues and future planning;Procurement of trades and suppliers, including negotiating and reviewing cost proposals;Develop and maintain good relationships with project owners, site supervisors, tradespeople, architects and developers; andPossess a “can do” attitude and be willing to get your hands dirty, going above and beyond to get the job done.
