      Join Skout Solutions in supporting Ventia's newly awarded project in the O&G Construction Industry. The project will be based in the Surat Basin, and your role as a Project Administrator will guarantee the smooth running of the operation. This opportunity offers the flexibility to be working remotely, but initial training and a thorough handover will take place in Ventia's Brisbane office based in West End. This contract is a casual maternity leave coverage, offering 30 hours of work per week and occasionally almost 40 hours during busier periods if required.This is an essential role for the success of the contract, to be successful in this position, you will have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to support and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience working in the construction industry would be highly regarded as you will be joining the business during a peak. You will be working closely and report to the Senior Construction Manager and other Operational Leads while liaising with internal and external stakeholders. If you would like to have a fully remote role, you must have access to a strong and reliable internet connection. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Onboarding, timesheet approval and spend-tracking for subcontractorsManaging purchase orders and invoicingCoordinating travel and accommodation details for staffProvide efficient administrative support to operational managers and project teams regarding data collection, processing, and reporting. About You To be considered you must have: Previous work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project CoordinatorExperience with SAP or similar softwareIntermediate Microsoft Office skills.
