      Our client, a Federal Government agency is looking for an experienced contract manager to assist across a variety government funded employment programs focusing on Job active providers Duties will include: Assisting and supporting program management, upholding compliance with contracts and guidelines, monitoring the performance of the contracts, liaising with stakeholders, providing secretariat and administration functions. Collate data and undertake analysis. Manage and create long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Carry out performance reporting and provide data analysis To be successful you will have: Strong organisational and coordination skills. Excellent communication, written and verbal, and internal and external stakeholder management skills. Ability to tailor communication and approaches to deal with sensitive and complex situations. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to take personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work within established timeframes. Outstanding analytical and/or data management skills.Skills in managing difficult conversations, and a high level of resilience.An understanding of contemporary labour market challenges. Understanding of government processes. Experience in contract management. Experience with reporting and data analysis.
