      Do you want to be a part of something big? GSA was founded by Dylan Alcott OAM. Now they have partnered with some of Australia's biggest brands to make real change. With a suite of successful programs currently running, they have funding secured for the next wave of innovation to assist people with disabilities through digital products and services. With all this change happening, we'll need you to own, manage and drive this new and exciting product, through innovation and customer centricity within the disability sector.Daily responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Working closely with the disability community and with inclusive employers to understand the problem space and translate into product requirements.Collaborating with technical teams to help conceptualise the solution.Managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements.Ensuring that the product that is delivered meets the needs of the community.Developing user stories.Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.Bridging the gap between the technical and business/user requirements.Understanding the vision for the product and brand strategy and ensure the vision realised by the technical team.To succeed in this position you will have:Project management concepts (Waterfall, Agile/SCRUM.Work experience as a Product Manager/Owner or similar role in product management.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Guidelines, specifically AA compliance.Delivering business application projects utilising Scrum, XP, Kanban or similar Agile approaches.Jira & Confluence.
