      OUTREACH PROGRAM COORDINATOR - OPEN ARMS - CANBERRAThe Open Arms Outreach Program is designed to increase service accessibility for Open Arms clients. It establishes a network of accredited mental health clinicians, engaged through statutory registration, to support the delivery of services on behalf of Open Arms across Australia. Here is your chance to give back!ABOUT THE ROLE:As an Outreach Program Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with clients and internal and external stakeholders to enhance Open Arm’s ability to identify and respond to the needs of vulnerable and at risk veterans, current and former Defence Force members and/or their families. Duties include:Intake assessment and referral, complex case management and case coordination to clients with identified complex and/or multiple needsFacilitation of the delivery of high quality clinical outreach services by ensuring appropriate referrals, applying quality assurance procedures and providing information and support to service providersParticipate in community development and service promotion activitiesMaintain clinical records, collate and analyse data and prepare reports to assist in evaluating and improving service deliveryLiaise with other government agencies and community organisations ABOUT YOU:Qualified Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Nurses must have current AHPRA registrationSocial Workers eligible for AASW membership and be eligible to apply for Mental Heath accreditationMinimum 3 years relevant experienceAustralian citizen (federal government requirement) YOUR BENEFITS:$60 to $65 p/h + 10% superannuation, paid weeklyMonday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours / week)Supportive team with a push to see you succeed personally and professionallyGenuine opportunity to support vulnerable and/or at risk clients and enhance wellbeing If this position appeals to you, please don't hesitate to apply! As a result of continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Mechanical) to join their team. Role:The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the design and delivery of complex electro-mechanical products. You will cooperate with a team of project managers, engineers and designers as well as oversee manufacturing and supply of the product to the customer. Other responsibilities include;Project Specific Engineering Design - Design & draft equipment to meet project requirementEnsuring the engineering design of projects is in accordance with relevant local standards, statutory requirements, technical specifications and industry best practice. Assist in generating Project Specific Technical Documentation Work with production team to ensure any manufacturing issues are resolved promptly Develop test procedures and plans for new and developing designCarry out CAD modelling of system architecture or control philosophy for product design and development Update design, technical specification and manufacturing documentation for standard products and provide input to the marketing/sales/projects team. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
