One common theme links all of these works, and that is a 5 star finish that meets and exceeds clients expectationsThey have two projects they are seeking additional resources for – 26 Apartments and two high end architecturally detailed commercial projects. The key criteria for the SM role is:A track record in apartment projects with strong understanding of commercial construction methods – i.e basement construction, bored piers etcA keen eye for detail and high end finishingAn ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively. An commitment to execute best practice in OH&S and IR The key criteria for the Leading Hand role is:A track record in working on multi unit residential/apartment projects with strong commercial exposure beneficialThe ability to set out and supervise multiple tradesA carpentry qualification and solid understanding of safe work practices.These are roles to start in the next 2-3 weeks.
