    Our Queensland State Government client is seeking an licenced real estate agent to act as a Caretaker/Letting Agent on its behalf to manage a residential gated community complex located on the south-side of Brisbane. The complex contains 74 townhouses, a swimming pool, and BBQ area. The role:Attend to activities necessary to keep the Common Property in a clean and neat condition at all reasonable times including sweeping and hosing of all common walkways and paths.Police the observance of the by-laws of the Body Corporate by the owners/occupiers (including guests and licensees).Keep keys for any rooms or buildings under the control of the Body Corporate.Report all things on the Common Property requiring repair and all matters creating hazard/danger to the Body Corporate and take remedial action where practicable.Be fully appraised of the layout, construction, location, character, plan and operation of any lighting, irrigation, drainage, sewerage, power, communication, security and other systems and equipment installed on the Common Property and advise the Body Corporate generally on the condition thereof from time to time.Property/Tenancy Management including processing Trust Account Reconciliation and end of month reporting The candidate: You will need to show demonstrated experience in on-site management, property management and a working knowledge of the Console Cloud system will be held in high regard.
