    Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst in the commercial sector? We are recruiting for an opportunity to work as a Randstad contractor for one of our global clients for a 12-month period with high view of going permanent.About the companyOur client is a global Risk Management Services provider headquatered in the USA. Skills and experience required: The IT Service Desk Analyst will ideally have following: 1 or 2 years of rock-solid IT support experience; Experience in handling Level 1 / 2 IT support desk queries including strong remote support skills; Ability to log, categorize, prioritise and escalate IT tickets as appropriate; Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications; Experience in end-user Active Directory and Office 365 accounts/permissions; Experience working with laptops and printers (HP and Microsoft hardware desirable) including computer imaging (SCCM is a plus); Support of VPN and Horizon View VDI connectivity. An understanding of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and basic networking. Additionally, the following would be beneficial (however it is not essential): Experience with SCCM deployment. Industry certifications (MSDST, ITIL, etc.). Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and people engagement. Highly organised and methodical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Excellent attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role.
