    This accomplished property investment and financial organisation is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. They are down-to-earth and committed professionals who care about growing strong, lasting relationships with their customers. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the team and will be the point of contact for several projects. Working within a close-knit team you will be the ultimate guiding force for execution within the Marketing team and will be a checkpoint ensuring each output is delivered to a high level.Managing marketing and sales budgets ensuring the projects/campaigns are delivered at a high level, on-time and within budgetEvaluate marketing materials, ensuring they comply with technical, conceptual, and commercial business requirements Effectively and efficiently develop, manage, and deliver all internal and external communication strategies in accordance with briefed business objectivesExecute the content strategy and program of work in alignment with overall business objectives, marketing/customer objectives and channel strategies including management of content creation and distribution via internal and external stakeholders.
