    The Role:Working for a leading Australian FMCG company within their retail consumer division. You will engage directly with store managers of supermarkets nationally, delivery vendors and internal stakeholders to support onboarding and account management of the loyalty and rewards program.This is a newly created role due to growth that is an initial 6 month contract however has a view to go permanent. Key responsibilities:Manage retailer engagement, on-boarding and launch rewards and loyalty program across all store nationallyAccount manage the ongoing relationship with retailersCollect and collate account details, contacts in cloud base CRM databaseDesign & deliver retailer training and development program inline with the national operation teamsCreate and implement a retail success program to help customers maximise online shopping activity Experience required:Must have previous experience within retail, consumer or FMCG in a similar roleExperience with B2B customers in an account management, operations or marketing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor degree qualified preferredBenefits:This role is offering $80k-$90k+super , there is parking available onsite and this is a great opportunity to work for a highly reputable brand with potential for further career prospects.
