    Our client, based in Ballarat is seeking a HR Change and Communications Lead is to support the redesign andimplementation of the change process for a newly created IT and Digital division.Sitting within the People, Culture and Safety Division this role will see you engaged in a major change programme at a senior level position. An immediate commencing role. The role:- The HR Change and Communications Lead will be a primary point of contact for managers and employees in the ITand Digital teams and the People, Culture & Safety Division, providing support and high-level professional advice,coaching and skill development in all matters relating to people management, including general support/advice as itrelates to the change process.
