      The Community Engagement Officer supports the leadership team to lead and deliver highly complex outcomes, projects and work programs of high significance. You will build and maintain strong relationships with community and mainstream stakeholders and work collaboratively with other business areas on deliverables. Responsibilities include: Assisting in driving the implementation and operationalisation of a state engagement strategy in conjunction with Branch and Divisional strategies and business plans.Promoting, implementing and monitoring community and mainstream engagement activities.Providing critical analysis and feedback to measure effectiveness of activities and strategies including offering guidance for proactive local tailored engagement where it may be required.Representing the Department at external forums and events in a professional and impartial manner to provide information and guidance to the CommunityRepresenting the Department in discussions with key external stakeholders, presenting clear and consistent messages.Providing input and feedback into the production of content for collateral and messaging.This role may include intrastate and interstate travelThis opportunity is full time, Monday to Friday At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
