      Case Manager opportunities available in State and Federal Government Randstad is currently working with a Federal Government department to recruit a number of APS4 Case Managers. This assignment will allow you to broaden your case management experience and contribute to meaningful outcomes on behalf of the Commonwealth.The initial contract extends until June 30 however, offers the potential for future growth and development. The role offers an hourly rate of $46 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + super (10%).Due to required security clearance processes, candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this opportunity.You will be an experienced case manager with a passion for the Public Service or Compensation Claims. This experience could include roles as a Complaint/Dispute Resolution, Compensation Delegate, or Enquiries and/or Review Officers. Although Government experience is highly desired, experience in these roles within insurance, finance or worker’s compensation are also suitable. CRM experience is essential and must be highlighted in your CV along with any other system or software proficiencies.Your typical duties may include:Assessing and reviewing claims in line with eligibility requirementsAdvising clients in line with policy and legislationCollecting and verifying ID and other key documentsAdvising clients on the outcome of their claimLiaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersUpdating and maintaining client records and databaseManaging caseload within a KPI environment Recording client interaction in a CRM systemInvestigating case details to inform your final case decisionPreparing report and/or briefings following outcome of claimTo be successful, you will possess: Previous work experience within government (federal, state or local council) Exceptional communication and customer service skills- both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in case management opportunitiesIntermediate to Advanced MS Office skillsAn Australian Citizenship in order to complete vetting processIn order to be considered for these opportunities, please clearly highlight your system and software experience in your CV.
