The roleRandstad is now recruiting experienced swimming instructors for Waterworld for September 2021 - April 2022. Waterworld runs a Learn to Swim program which offers swimming lessons 6 days a week for children as young as 6 months old through to adults. Successful applicants will need to be available for part/all of these lesson times.As a Swimming Instructor, you will have a desire to encourage people of all ages to learn the vital life skill of swimming. You will be energetic and enjoy working with children and adults. Teaching swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety guidelines to studentsFoster confidence in waterMonitoring the progress of students and adjusting teaching programs accordingly QualificationsSwimming Instructors are required to possess all the following certificates:AUSTSWIM Certificate / Active TrainingProvide CPRChild Related DCSI ClearanceChild Safe Environments Certificate (Responding to Abuse and Neglect)How to applyTo be successful in securing a position, you will hold all of the above certificates, or be willing to obtain copies prior to commencement.
