    Are you experienced in Project Administration, Project Support, Compliance or a similar role?Are you a highly organised, highly effective communicator?Do you have extensive Microsoft Suite Experience?Our Federal Government Client is seeking an APS 4/5 Project officer to support them with an interesting upcoming project on a contractual basis in Canberra, ACT. Initially a 12 month contract with possibility of extension further.The APS 4/5 Project Officer will provide support with the planning, development and delivery of program outcomes. The APS 4/5 Project Officer will:Manage competing priorities to enable timely, effective, coordinated service delivery. Meeting coordination, mailbox management and collating records using record mangement system(CM9/TRIM)Assisting with managing a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.Assisting with the events and meetings.Assist with research, analysis and have the ability to work/or manage a geographically dispersed team.The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable experience with record management and Microsoft Suite tools as well as collaborative and innovative approach to their work. Previous experience working in Australian Public service is highly desirable.Due to security clearance requirements of this role only Australian Citizens will be considered.
