As a result of expansion and growth, they are seeking a Reliability Improvement Leader to join their team. Role:The Reliability Improvement Leader (RIL) is a fundamental member of the manufacturing team, whose primary objective is to ensure optimal asset output, generally through sustained improvement in process uptime and unit cost reduction. The RIL must work alongside, manage and lead a team of colleagues, dedicated to constant improvement.
