TECHNICAL / ROLE SPECIFICResponding to technical queries during incident investigationsCreate modified designs of available equipmentProvide crane comparisons, make recommendations for capital expenditureSupports providing Lift studies, Transport drawings, Method statements, crane comparisonsCreate spreadsheets supporting calculations required for lift studies and transport drawingsCreate dynamic 3D blocks for newly purchased cranes and rigging equipmentBUSINESS DEVELOPMENTDevelop, promote and increase the business activities of The Company wherever possible. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL TRAININGA degree in mechanical, civil, structural, marine, mechatronic or industrial engineering is required.DESIRABLEHigh-Risk Work License including Dogging or Rigging tickets.KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE REQUIREDESSENTIALExperience working in the crane and rigging industry or in a similar mining or heavy civil/mechanical projectsExperience in designing critical lift studies/plans using, Kranxpert, Auto CAD/Solidworks softwareExperience planning, performing calculations, plan developments and authorisation of similar heavy liftsIf you are interested in this position, please apply to this role directly.
