    My client, a private ELC based in the outer Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, is seeking 2 permanent kindergarten teachers, one teacher for the 3-4 program and the other for the 4-5 year old program. Randstad Education are excited to be working with this client to help them to secure a dedicated, passionate and engaging teacher's to join their team starting in Term 1 January 2022. This role really needs someone who can motivate and lead a team of educators within the Kindergarten room, an individual's who are able to encourage and develop child led experiences, build positive relationships within the community and local school and continually strive to exceed quality standards.The 3 year old room caters for 26 children per day and the 4 year old program 30 per day. Both rooms are supported with qualified and experienced educators. This kindergarten has a play based philosophy, they have strong partnerships with families, respect diversity and encourage all educators / teachers to reflect on their practise to ensure they are delivering high quality education and care for all children.The Teacher will have the opportunity to gain paid professional development, all term holidays as paid annual leave, excellent salary package, relocation bonus where applicable, childcare discounts and 2 hours of program planning each day. A set shift is offered for the teacher to implement the program in those key hours. The successful candidate will have:A Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent Relevant VIT card Current First Aid or willing to obtainCPR , Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates a genuine enthusiasm, passion and dedication to fostering lifelong learners A really great team to work for with a motivated team of educators by your side.
