        The Company: 2020 was a record breaking year for this major Height Safety Provider. Now coming into a new season and the end of the 1st quarter of 2021 this firm has a full order book in QLD, Victoria and NSW, and are looking to develop new core teams to their business. They are an innovative company with dominance in their niche field providing height safety solutions predominantly to the residential market including scaffolding, failguards, fencing and platforms to major Tier 1, 2 and 3 builders. This impressive Firm has a great supportive culture and aims to develop it’s own staff and promote from within, where possible. The role As a driven Construction Manager you will report directly into the General Manager and will be a Pivotal Senior member in their Sydney office leading, influencing and managing Branch Managers, reviewing individual and team performances and developing strategies. You will be overseeing the Sydney branches providing a high level of safety installation standards and job quality, promoting a professional workplace, (i.e clean and tidy factory dwellings, trucks, and monitoring and improving productivity and profitability.) Key responsibilities Technical support, mentoring Branch Managers, Ops and sales teamLeadership – Manage, Mentor, supervise and train staffHiring key personnelQuality and Compliance / Product installationInvoicingSafety policies and proceduresBranch complianceReporting / Operational ComplianceWork Health SafetyStock ControlYou will be a self starter motivating staff with best practice initiatives. You will implement effective training and develop staff. Leading by example you will ensure teams are working closely with each other, effectively, smoothly and in a professional manor. You must have experience working in a similar capacity, and a proven track record in operations.
