        Our client is a specialist builder/developer who fly underneath the radar both in Victoria and beyond. They develop and build commercial/industrial/retail properties in Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate and undergoing their next phase of expansion with several projects to start in 2021. Their projects are typically greenfield developments consisting of office space, medical centres and associated retail tenancies, generally in the $5m-$10m range so are looking for individuals with a track record in the commercial new build/refurbishment sector. This company carries there own in house design and property team so bring efficiencies that many traditional third party builders just can’t offer. If you are seeking a role with a progressive group with high calibre systems and established PM and CA team this is a great opportunity. This contract role will run for approx 2 months and is commencing in two weeks.
