        Customer Service Specialist - BankingOur client is one of the Big 4 banks and is currently recruiting in 3 different teams.Full time training is providedConstruction TeamThe role of the Construction Team is to support customers with the construction of new properties. The team prepares the loan applications, including preparing documentation such as building contracts and ensuring documentation is fit for purpose. You will be processing transactions within agreed turnaround times and with consistent accuracy in a high volume environment. This position requires you to liaise with brokers and lenders over phone, by email and by sending letters. Progress Payments TeamThe Progress Payment Team is responsible for supporting our customers with their home construction and working with Builders & Lenders to ensure an enjoyable building experience. The key functions are to ensure all building invoices received are within both banking policy, as well as to certify the building contract agreements with the key outcome being and make payments to builders as per invoices within a timely manner. Post Settlements TeamThe Post Settlement Team is responsible for checking that all required documents are held for new money files, that the documents have been correctly executed and that the loan has been funded correctly. In some cases, the team will also be responsible for registering & lodging documents to register the bank's interest over a title.
