        About the role:You are an experienced Payroll Manager or Payroll Supervisor who can bring expertise to the team and provide input to system, process and culture changes. Part of a large payroll team, all based in Brisbane, this is an integral and hands on part of the business and will be an exciting role for the right candidate.Supervise, coach and mentor a team of 10-12 in all aspects of payroll management, compliance and administrationEstablish a customer service culture within the team and ensure that their services exceed customer expectations, and successfully build service partnerships with internal and external customersHelp build a culture of continuous improvement through effective development and coaching of team membersIdentify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.Control the reconciliation of payroll, group payroll tax, third party payables via deduction, insurances and superannuation payments and authorise payroll deductionsProvide payroll information to management and others as required in relation to budgets, special projects and day-to-day payroll managementAbout you:Expert in payroll systems, processes and associated legislation in all Australian statesAbility to influence and negotiate and win the confidence of peers and clients quicklyExcellent attention to detail and analytical abilityFlexible, proactive and collaborativeProven experience managing a team is essentialPrevious or current experience using a large ERP systems like SAP, Chris21, Aurion or Preceda highly desirableThe successful candidate will be rewarded with genuine career prospects and an excellent team environment renowned for its collaborative culture, passion for client service and professional development opportunities.If this role doesn't quite sound like what you are after, but you are interested in hearing about senior positions vacant in payroll please get in touch as we have a variety of roles available across Brisbane.
