      We are working with a global player in the rail manufacturing sector. With operations across Australia they are renowned for their exceptional rail rolling stock products that improve the reliability and performance of light rail, metro and heavy rail fleets. Typical products that they supply are pantographs, platform screen doors, train doors, black boxes, brake control units and air conditioning systems etc.An opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to help drive the sales and performance of the NSW and QLD business units. They will be responsible for the business and sales growth of the product portfolio of already established lucrative key accounts.The Product Manager will be responsible for:Developing strategic business plans and take accountability for delivering order/ revenue commitments.Develop relationships with key client tionships at all levels of the customer’s organization and develop strategies to win businessSupport internal key stakeholders including operations, finance, customer services,engineering projects and others in the implementation of customer strategies.Provide technical solutions to client needs by suggesting suitable products to rectify ongoing mainenance issues and improve reliability and performance.Relevant experience and suitable qualifications include:Engineering or commercial degreeSales experience and understanding of engineeringIdeally proven experience in rolling stock maintenance, sales or project delivery.The role is based in Western Sydney with flexiblity to work from home and the office once lockdown restrictions are lifted. The expected salary packags is in the region of $160,000 plus super and bonus.
