This role will involve leading, coaching and mentoring a team of roughly 4-5 Payroll Administrators. You would be guided and supported by an encouraging Industry specialist Payroll Manager and will have the freedom to improve upon or implement any new payroll processes to make your work more efficient. Prior experience working in a high volume and fast paced environment would be beneficial to this role.     This Timesheet Administrator is a newly created position will involve working as part of a large dynamic payroll team. Your manager will support your career development and growth within payroll and you will have the opportunity of progression to Payroll Administrator, Team Leader, etc. This role would be suited to candidates who have a genuine interest in Payroll and looking to start/ continue their new payroll careers. Those who come from a previous payroll, data entry, accounting or customer service background might find this role will enhance their skills. Recently graduated candidates are also welcomed to apply. Key responsibilities:Verify all timesheets received in the verification system according to agreed requirements within an allotted time frame.
