Our work is based on established evidence of the benefits of early childhood education to enhance children’s cognitive abilities and social and emotional skills.Primary purpose of the roleThe role responds to routine enquiries and assists with the provision of information to the sector and stakeholders.Key accountabilitiesRespond to routine enquiries and provide accurate and customer focused and refer matters that cannot be resolved to a relevant senior officer.
