      Full-time permanent payroll officer position for a large Australian owned, stable logistics company. This role will see you as part of a close-knit team of 4 reporting to a supportive and progressive Payroll Manager. You will have regular team development meetings and with their fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to progress your skillset. This position could bring you the opportunity to work from home on some days and from their Altona office on others as part of their hybrid workplace model. There is also flexibility for you around family life as well and a bonus of free on-site parking. You will be responsible for: Processing fortnightly payruns in line with over 20 Enterprise and site agreements using the payroll and time and attendance systems.Maintaining all related payroll records on ADPKeeping up to date with related payroll legislation / awardsProcessing workcover reimbursementsAssisting with superannuation paymentsAssisting the Payroll Manager with month end and ad hoc reportingReplying to all payroll related queries in a timely and accurate mannerYour skills: 3+ years of payroll processingIdeally have worked with fortnightly payrunsKnowledge and ability to interpret awards and company EBAsCustomer service skills and ability to resolve payroll queries / disputes.Why apply?A stable organisation with a close knit and friendly team.
